Hot Springs Village (Lava Condos) is a Timeshare property, used primarily by Timeshare owners and vacation exchange guests. Rental reservations are available on short-term notice (no more than two weeks in advance). To make a reservation please call our office at 208-776-5445 or email lavacondos.hsv@gmail.com.
There is no A/C inside the Units at Hot Springs Village.

To help you understand our property better, we have compiled a list of answers to the commonly asked questions about us. We hope you find the information here to useful, and we thank you for your interest in staying with us at Hot Springs Village.

General Q&A:
What type of resort is Hot Springs Village?

Hot Springs Village is a timeshare property with all of the individual units being privately owned. Therefore, rentals are limited to those units made available by the owners.

Can I make a reservation anytime?

Unfortunately, no. Rental reservations cannot be made more than two weeks in advance. All requests for timeshare exchanges must be made through RCI.

Are there any age restrictions at this property?

Reservations cannot be accepted from individuals under 21 years of age.

Is there a minimum rental required?

Two night minimum stays are required for holidays, and holiday weekends. Also, since the units are privately owned, some owners may require a two night minimum stay in order to rent the unit on the weekends.

How do I confirm my reservation?

ALL reservations must be confirmed by either cash, a major credit card, or a personal check secured by a check guarantee card.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. "No Shows", or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged for the accommodations.

When can i check in?

Check in time is 4:00 PM. There are no exceptions to this.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Is there an on-site elevator available?

NO- there is not an on-site elevator available.

Can you assist with 'Special Needs'?

If you have a special need due to a medical situation, please feel free to contact our office, Your request will be given the utmost consideration, and although it is not always possible, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Is 'RV' parking available?

The parking faculties at the resort are limited. Our parking lot is narrow and has a dead end. There is no turn-around available. If you will be traveling with an 'RV', we recommend that you check-out the parking lot prior to completely pulling into our parking lot.

RCI Members - Can I make my reservation online?

RCI Members - How is my unit "assigned'?

The unit assigned by RCI is based upon space bank availability and your willingness to accept the unit offered. Due to our "fixed unit / fixed week" structure, we do not have the flexibility to changing assigned unit sizes.

RCI Members - Can I send a guest?

RCI requires that a guest certificate be obtained by RCI members if they are allowing a guest to use their exchange in their place. This guest certificate MUST be presented at check in. If the RCI confirmation does not match the identification of the individual checking in, our staff is obligated to contact RCI so that a guest certificate may be obtained via telephone. RCI will require payment by credit card at that time.
